The Moringa peregrina, commonly known as Wild Moringa, Ben Tree, or Desert Moringa, is a drought-tolerant deciduous tree native to arid regions of the Middle East, Northeast Africa, and parts of South Asia. Known for its slender trunk, feathery foliage, and fragrant flowers, it grows up to 6–12 meters tall. This hardy tree is valued for its adaptability to harsh climates, as well as for its seeds, oil, and other traditional uses.
