Description

The Diplotaxis acris, commonly referred to as Desert Wallflower, is a hardy annual or short-lived perennial plant native to arid and semi-arid regions of North Africa, the Middle East, and parts of the Mediterranean. It is recognized for its erect, branching stems, finely divided green leaves, and small, yellow, mustard-like flowers that bloom throughout the warmer months. Growing up to 20–60 cm tall, this drought-tolerant species thrives in sandy, rocky, or disturbed soils, often colonizing barren landscapes.
