The Cassia javanica, or Java Cassia, is a stunning, semi-deciduous tree celebrated for its profuse display of pink and white flowers that create a spectacular canopy of colour. Blooming in late spring and summer, the tree’s cascading racemes of flowers transition from deep pink to pale pink and white as they mature, adding a dynamic visual appeal. Growing to 12 to 18 metres tall, the Java Cassia also features pinnate leaves that provide a soft, airy texture.
