The Pongamia pinnata, commonly known as the Indian Beech, is a medium-sized, fast-growing deciduous tree renowned for its resilience and ecological benefits. It features a spreading canopy of glossy, pinnate leaves that provide ample shade and produces clusters of fragrant, pale pink to lavender flowers that bloom during late spring to early summer.
