Agapanthus

Agapanthus is the workhorse of Gulf and subtropical mass planting: strappy evergreen foliage, a long flowering season and real tolerance of heat, drought and neglect once established. The range covers the blue and white species forms alongside named selections including 'Snowball', 'Purple Cloud' and 'River Garden White'.

Agapanthus is specified by plant density rather than by size, and it looks thin for the first season whatever the spacing, so allow for that in the handover expectation.
