Pink Trumpet Vine
Pale pink trumpets veined in deeper rose hang in loose clusters from Podranea ricasoliana, the Pink Trumpet Vine, from early summer until the weather turns. Glossy pinnate foliage with serrated leaflets covers a structure quickly and stays evergreen where frosts are light.
It is trained over pergolas, boundary walls and fences, used as a screening curtain on wire, and allowed to run down embankments as a rough cover.
